Marijuana Growing Enterprise

Police officers from the Anne Arundel County police department raided the Pasadena home of twin brothers who are alleged to have been growing marijuana plants.

Subsequent to raiding the home of the twins, police officer allegedly confiscated and seized marijuana plants the twins had been growing.

Police discovered that the Clodfelter’s had been growing twenty six marijuana plants, worth approximately $26,000.00 on the black market.

Police state that Ronald and Robert Clodfelter, both 41, were arrested and booked on several drug-related charges including: (1) marijuana possession with an intention to distribute; (2) marijuana manufacturing.

Incidentally, Robert was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the police report, the raid occurred on August 9, soon after the special enforcement section of the Anne Arundel police department obtained a warrant, and executed the search warrant.

In fact, police officers obtained the warrant after investigating complaints from the Clodfelter’s neighbors, who had been complaining about the marijuana odor emitting from the Clodfelter’s home.

The Clodfelter brothers are no strangers to crime. In fact, they have a history of drug charges that date back to as early as 1990.

After being convicted of marijuana possession in 2005, Robert was placed on three years of unsupervised probation, in Washington County.

Robert was also sentenced to probation, after he pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana in 1997, in Anne Arundel County.

Meanwhile, in 1990, both of the Clodfelter brothers were sentenced to probation when they pleaded guilty to charges of drug possession, in Howard County.
