Police in Farmington, Minnesota responded to a call stating a man was yelling and blocking traffic on Highway 3, according to The Independent.  Jesse Gallagher screamed at police, as they tried to talk to him.  After the man calmed down, the cops found a pink Suboxone pill in his pocket.  Gallagher admitted to smoking marijuana, and taking Suboxone and other drugs prior to creating this disturbance.  He claims to have gotten the Suboxone from his “home boy.”   Gallagher faces a felony drug charge that could land him in prison.
