Woman Run Over By a Car After Arguing Over Heroin

Police claim a woman was run over by a car after arguing with a friend over $10 of heroin.   According to , Anna Gallegos was struck by a car, suffering a punctured lung, fractured pelvis, and severely lacerated liver.  Police believe she was run over by Carlos Chavez after the two smoked heroin and subsequently argued over it.  Chavez claims the two were wrestling in a moving car when Gallegos fell out and was mistakenly run over.
