Guard Busted Trying to Smuggle Cocaine Into Jail

According to L.A. Times,  jailer at Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was arrested on suspicion of smuggling cocaine into Men’s Central Jail with the intent of selling it to inmates.  He was not a deputy, but worked the last four years as a custody employee.

 Remington Orr was arrested after a four-week investigation, and he is being held with a $1 million dollar bond for suspicion of three felony charges, including possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, transportation of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, and bribery.
