T.I. Sobriety

Clifford Joseph Harris, otherwise known as T.I., Tip, or T.I.P., is well known as a rapper, producer, author, singer-songwriter, and all around entertainer, who first shot to the top of the charts in the early part of the last decade, with such hits as "Bring Em Out" and "Live Your Life".

T.I. has starred in numerous blockbuster films, most recently "Gangster Squad", and is currently the center of his very own reality show on VH1; Oh, and he just released his most recent album, which is expected to be just as much a hit as all the previous ones, aptly titled "Trouble Man II: He Who Wears The Crown".

I write aptly titled, as T.I. has certainly been in his fair share of trouble, including serving prison time for gun possession. Although, he was released early for good behavior, he was quickly returned to prison for an additional 11 months, when he stopped by police and they determined that he violated parole as he was in possession of ecstasy.

Yes, T.I. is a self-professed drug addict and alcoholic.

Although, as mentioned in the title of this article, Tip has been in recovery since 2011. Apparently, as he spoke about on none other than The View, he is clean and sober and plans to remain that way as he is taking a different approach than he took in the past.

T.I. proves you can "Live your life" and remain clean and sober, at the same time. That's what's up! Remember, you heard it hear at RecoveryNowTV!
