Slash Addiction Recovery

Slash, otherwise known as Saul Hudson, is a world famous guitarist and musician whom incidentally has been a member of a bevy of incredible bands, the likes of which include the very clever Guns and Roses, Slash's Snake-pit and the uber-group Velvet Revolver!

Despite achieving worldwide success in the Rock music arena as a lead guitarist, Slash apparently was unable to escape the demons that alcoholics and addicts know so well.

In fact, in the early part of the last decade Slash nearly died as a result of his drug and alcohol use.

Consequently, and subsequent to being diagnosed with congestive heart failure, brought on by drug use, the once lead guitarist of Gun's and Roses finally sought help for his drug addiction and alcoholism.

Well, that was back in 2001.

Today, more than a decade later, Slash remains clean and sober, and as a matter of fact, healthy!

Gone are the days when Slash actively used heroin and alcohol profusely.

Congratulations Slash and keep up the good work!
