Bath Salts Addiction

Mansfield police caught up with Michael S. Ewers, after he had retreated to a porch roof, in hopes to evade arrest. According to MansfieldNewsJouranl.com, Ewers was arrested on two warrants and issued a summons for obstructing official business. Police first responded to a disturbance call, but Ewers had fled by the time they arrived.

Police chased the suspect, when he headed back to the residence, went inside, locked the back door and ran upstairs. The police were given permission to kick in the door. Ewers climbed onto the porch roof, refusing to come down. One officer finally talked him inside, where he was arrested. He told police he had been on bath salts for several days and was out stealing and looting all night.
