Naked, Injured Man Leads Police to Meth Lab
Police found a naked, injured man, under the influence of illegal drugs who claimed he was in a fight where someone had been killed in his home. They forced their way into his home to find drugs and a meth lab, but no evidence of a homicide
A 35-year-old man was found naked and "covered in a red liquid that appeared to be blood", which eventually led police to his home where they found drugs and a crystal meth and ecstasy lab. According to Triblocal.com, the man appeared to be under the influence of illegal drugs, and officers determined he needed medical attention.
Officers tried to determine how the man was injured, when he told them he was in a fight and someone was killed in his home. Police forced their way into the man's home, where they found cocaine, paraphernalia, and a possible meth and ecstasy lab. There was no indication that a homicide took place.
The man remains in the hospital, but will probably be charged with possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and multiple counts of manufacturing illicit drugs.
