Officials claim that a naked man, hallucinating on bath salts, jumped onto the hood of a stranger's car Sunday night in Illinois. According to MyFox8.com, Matthew V. Miller held on for nearly four miles.
The driver of the vehicle claims that the man was "acting out of his mind." Police said Miller believed he was running away from people who were trying to eat him. They found an empty bag of bath salts, which they believed belonged to the suspect. Miller was charged with possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property.
