Amy Winehouse’s Ex-Husband In A Coma After Drinking Alcohol! Alcohol Intoxication?

We all know that after she suffered through a tiring battle with drugs and alcohol, just a bit over a year ago, the skillful and award winning musician, Amy Winehouse died of alcohol intoxication.
Now, it appears that her ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil may be heading down the same path of drug and alcohol decimation.
British magazine, The Guardian, has revealed that the 33 year old Brit and former heroin addict is in a coma, the result of substance abuse.
The former video production assistant's current partner, Sarah Aspin, transported him to the hospital after finding him in bed, choking, and suffering from what was later determined to be organ failure.
Aspin, the mother of Fielder-Civil’s 15-month old son, explained that Fielder-Civil’s physicians put him a drug-induced coma in an effort to assist him in recovering from an infection.
Despite praying that Fielder-Civil recovers, Aspin has been preparing herself for the possibility that he make not emerge from the coma.
Similar to Winehouse, his wife from 2007 to 2009, Fielder-Civil has had quite a daunting history with drugs, not mention many public ordeals in which drugs and alcohol were involved.
Fielder-Civil is no stranger from the law either, as he has spent time in jail and prison. Most recently, he served time in jail regarding possession of a firearm and burglary.
Following the death of his ex-wife, Fielder-Civil received nothing from her estate.
According to Aspin, Fielder Civil returned home last Thursday, intoxicated and slurring his speech, after having a cocktail with a friend. Although she believed that he may have taken drugs, Aspin put Fielder-Civil to bed, only to wake up to him the following morning, choking on his tongue.
Moreover, notwithstanding the fact that Winehouse’s father recently released his memoir that does not shy away from describing Fielder-Civil in an unkind light, he tweeted, even requested, that everyone pray for his recovery because Winehouse did love him.
